Le attività dell'Associazione Siciliana Emofilici sono regolate dallo statuto associativo, depositato presso uno studio notarile di Catania al momento della costituzione dell'associazione, e successivamente modificato nel Giugno 2013 per adeguarlo alle normative Onlus.
